Subject: Dynamic aging in birth and death registration activities
In the light of the above, it is to be informed that according to Section 9 (a) of the Rules for Death and Death Registration 2018, a child is obliged to register his birth within 45 days of birth. Municipal mayors through councilors of the respective wards and union council chairmen through UP secretaries and members / dafadars / mahalladars of the concerned wards will complete the birth registration process within 45 days without any failure by collecting information along with the birth of the child.
Similarly, if someone dies, the death registration process has to be completed within 45 days. The mayor and the union council chairmen were urged to expedite the process of regular registration of births which are submitted to the union council at the municipal office. It is requested to keep a watchful eye so that the service seekers are not harassed in case of birth registration.
Instructions were given to submit the copy of the invoice and report to this office by depositing the money received for birth and death registration in the government treasury every Thursday of the week.
